Provider Setup

For Gerbang Pay to create charges on behalf of your business, you must link your external provider accounts (e.g., Midtrans or Winpay) into Gerbang Pay.

Linking Provider Credentials

1. Navigate to Integration > Provider Setup.
2. Click the Add Provider button.
3. Select the provider name from the dropdown (e.g., Winpay).
4. Enter the required credentials. (Each provider asks for different fields).

Winpay Credentials

For Winpay, you usually need to provide:

• Merchant ID / Username
• Private Key / Secret Key

You can obtain this data from your Winpay merchant dashboard.

Midtrans Credentials

For Midtrans, prepare your:

• Server Key
• Client Key (optional)
• Merchant ID

Connection Status

Once saved, the Gerbang Pay system will attempt to validate the key in the background. If valid, the connection status will change to Active. If there is an error, it will status as Error and you will need to correct the credentials.
